Elizabeth Guilday is a skillful performance coach and trainer specializing in interpersonal communication for leaders in organizations.

Elizabeth’s clients engage in energizing and enlightening learning experiences that quickly convert to effective on-the-job nuanced behaviours and attitudes. She has guided professionals and executives the world over to dramatically improve their ability to communicate with and develop team members.

As a human resources generalist on Wall Street, Elizabeth created management development programs for employees. She has been engaged by mid- and senior-level leaders for one-on-one and group facilitation and skill-building (-drilling) work including program design in global organizations across many industries.

With David Rock (NeuroLeadership Institute), she co-authored and co-lead the New York University School of Continuing Studies’ Coaching Certification Program. She is currently a part of the facilitator team of Teachers College-Columbia Business School’s Coaching Certification Program (3CP) and a facilitator for Chief.com.

Elizabeth holds a credential as a Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). She trained in coaching skills at Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), USA. She is an authorized administrator of the Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator, the Neethling Brain Instrument (NBI) and the Emotional & Social Competency Inventory (ESCI) from Korn Ferry.
