Francis is a Columbia University credentialled Professional Executive Coach, International Coach Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC), leadership development consultant, and adult educator, who works with senior leaders across multiple industries. He has coached leaders and teams to anticipate and respond to business challenges through building a high trust, communicating a shared vision, translating strategic plans to daily behaviors and achieving breakthrough performance. He is co-founder of CEMM – an international licensee for Franklin Covey in Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, and Togo.

He takes a progressive adult education approach to learning development and understands that coaching is a learning partnership that places learner needs, interests, and experiences as key elements in learning. He believes that the learner has inherent resourcefulness to lead their own learning. Francis has experience using multi-rater feedback with clients and helps leaders and teams to build awareness and reflect on their style and impact on others.

He received his Master of Science in Information Resources Management (MSIRM) from Syracuse University, and is a candidate for the Master of Arts in Adult Learning and Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University. He is a certified Generative Facilitator through the Generative Facilitation Institute (GFI) in Berlin, Germany. He is a veteran of the United States Army Reserve.
