TOSCANA was Evan Lambert's first creation. He opened the restaurant in 1991 to immediate success. TOSCANA had 75 seats with a 7 seat bar and 600 bottle wine list. It featured high quality food in an intimate dining room with personalized service. The small gem won the hearts of wealthy Main Liners who respected the hard work and passion of a young 28 year old Evan Lambert. It was warm, welcoming and “home” to guests who dined there many times per week. It was irreplaceable.
